ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 176, 201 and 306 of IPC, in Crime No. 144 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The defacto complainant is the petitioner's own son. The petitioner's wife passed away on 17.03.2018. It appears that the petitioner's wife had left some adverse note against the petitioner. The petitioner's wife had consumed some pesticide and that had caused her death ultimately.

Taking note of all these circumstances, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be required. 4.Taking note of the above said facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
