Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to return the jewels of the Petitioner in Jewel Loan Account No.31961442221 immediately with interest amount for the period of 23.08.2014 to till this day on the account of illegal custody by the third respondent even after the full repayment of jewel loan by the Petitioner and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary departmental action against the third respondent.
