This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 18.01.2016 before the respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 18.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
