Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd Respondent police to file the charge Sheet against the accused persons in Crime No.463 of 2015, which was registered for the offence under section 302 IPC., by the 1st Respondent police, within the time stipulated by this Court before the jurisdictional court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.463 of 2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, entire investigation was transferred to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thiruparankundram from the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Peraiyur.

4. In view of the fact that the case in Crime No.463 of 2015

was transferred from the respondents herein, there is no need to pass further orders in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if necessity arises, according to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(co) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.
