PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 06.11.2014 passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Moo.Mu.(A1)/3633/2014 and and quash the same.

O R D E R

Challenging the order passed by the second respondent in proceedings in Moo.Mu.(A1)/3633/2014 dated 06.11.2014, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Counsel on either side that subsequent to the order dated 06.11.2014, which is impugned in this petition, an order came to be passed by the authorities on 06.06.2015, based on the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5227 of 2015, dated 09.04.2015.

4.Such being the case, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order dated 06.06.2015. No costs.
