This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner before the respondent police and hence, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police. He would further submit that the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
