O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus for the issue of direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.01.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent being a relative of the petitioner, has cheated him to the tune of Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty lakhs) and gold jewellery worth about 85 sovereigns of gold.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) submitted that both the petitioner as well as the third respondent has given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8993 of 2021 compliant against each other and both were taken on enquiry. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner as well as the third respondent gave their statements and as per the statements, further action was dropped by order dated 12.03.2021. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) shall circulate a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

4. Based on the above closure report and submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. No more consideration or direction is required in this Writ Petition.
