Mr.N.Dilip Kumar COMMON ORDER The petitioner in CRP.(MD) No.1052/2017, who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.9/2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, has filed a memo dated 26.06.2018 stating that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the Synod Executive Committee has decided to conduct the fresh election in the Pastroates, Districts and the Diocese to constitute a Diocesan Council for the Diocese in respect of the triennium 2018 - 2021 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Pursuant to the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner in CRP (MD) No.1052 of 2017 has given a letter dated 26.06.2018 to the Registry requesting to list the said Civil Revision Petition "for withdrawal". Accordingly, when the case is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal", the learned counsel for the petitioner in CRP.(MD).No.1052 of 2017 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

2.In view of the aforesaid letter and the memo filed by the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and as a sequel, the Review Application stands closed. No costs.
