ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of TN Prohibition Act, in Crime No.150 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were found in possession of 390 bottles of TASMAC (180ml) liquor bottles. Hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is having four previous cases, out of which, one case is similar in nature.
