When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, submit that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner has already participated in the counseling, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court.

2.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
