Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by MR.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to call for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Detention order dated 08/06/2020 in Detention Order in Cr.M.P.No.54/2020, and to quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, Lakshmanan, S/O.Pandian, aged about 29 years, before this Hon`ble Court and set him at liberty, now detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli.
