Respondents/LandLords Prayer:This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, 18/1960 praying to set aside Judgment and Decree dated 08.02.2017 passed in RCA.No.1 of 2013 by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority, (Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin), confirming the order and decreetal order dated 13.07.2012 passed in RCOP.No.12 of 2007 by the learned Rent Controller,(Principal District Munsif), Thoothukudi.

DECREE:This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on 07.06.2017 upon perusing the grounds of the petition, the Judgment and Decree passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority and the Order and Decreetal order passed by the learned Rent Controller and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.P.Senthil,learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Kadarkarai, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court having stood over for consideration till this date, doth order and Decree as follows:-

(1) that the Judgment and decree dated 08.02.2017 passed in R.C.A.No.1 of 2013 by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Subordinate Judge), Tuticorin, confirming the Order and Decreetal Order dated 13.07.2012 passed in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2007 by the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Tuticorin be and hereby are confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed;

(2)that the Revision Petitioner/tenant be and hereby is directed to vacate and handover the petition mentioned premises to the respondents/landlords within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the Judgment; and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
