This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.02.2016 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the complaint dated 01.02.2016 has been sent by post. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and lodge a fresh a complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint dated 01.02.2016 to the second respondent police and on receipt of such complaint, the same can be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
