2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, (i.e.,19.09.2022), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also sent a letter, dated 30.08.2022, to the Registry in this regard.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs 19.09.2022 das 2/4
