ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 25.11.2019 in W.P(MD)No.19520 of 1/3

2019 by the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has circulated a proceeding of the Block Educational Officer-I, Sivakasi Union dated 03.04.2024, wherein the order of deputation, by which 13 candidates were deputed in Sivakasi Union has been withdrawn with effect from 05.04.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stand closed. No costs.
