Respondents Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case/FIR based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.06.2017 and also direct the second respondent to conduct the investigation as per the mandatory provisions of law, under the provisions of Prevention of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Atrocities Act.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case/FIR based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.06.2017 and also to direct the second respondent to conduct the investigation as per the mandatory provisions of law. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jaihindpuram Police Station, Madurai and the same was closed advising the parties to approach the Civil Court, as the said dispute is purely civil in nature.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the statement made before the respondent police. But, in the present petition, he has not whispered anything to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the abovesaid submission made by both parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court to redress her grievance.
