To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3489 of 2024 dated 25.02.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3489 of 2024 dated 25.02.2025.

2. Mr.T. Indirachithu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits 1/3

that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.7(ix) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3489 of 2025, dated 25.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
