ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition in CRP (MD).No.1104 of 2017 has been filed, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.515 of 2015, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. No representation for the respondent.

3.This revision petition is filed to expedite H.M.O.P.No. 515 of 2015, pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent who is residing at Coimbatore is not co-operating for the earlier disposal of the H.M.O.P and due to her absence, the Family Court is not able to proceed further.

4.This Court is conscious of the fact that in today's scenario, the Family Courts in Tamil Nadu are the heavily loaded Courts and the Presiding Officers find difficult to cope up with docket explosion. It may be unfair to direct the Family Court to take this matter out of turn on a priority basis and dispose of the case, unless there is any urgent necessity to direct so. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In this case except non cooperation of the respondent, there is no ground highlighted for speedy disposal. It is suffice to direct the Family Court to take serious note of non cooperation, if any, on the part of the respondent and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

6.With the above observation, this Civil revision petition is dismissed. No Costs.
