ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul, to dispose of the case in O.S.No.434 of 2018, within the time frame. 2/5
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent had filed the suit in O.S.No. 434 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul. Though there was no progress in the suit for the past four years, even the defendants have not filed the written statement. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is the third defendant in the suit and he has also not filed his written statement. On perusal of B-diary extract, it shows that there is no proof for filing of the written statement, though the written statement was enclosed along with the typed set of papers.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs. 07.07.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes Speaking/Non-speaking order tta 3/5
