ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "for Extention of Time" and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and the earlier order of this Court dated 28/09/2018 and a letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul in D.No.4172/2019 dated 7/5/2019 and upon hearing the arguments of MR. G.SRIDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.K.SENTHIL, Advocate for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- By order dated 28.09.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.608/2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.4172/2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 07.05.2019, whereby, stating some reasons, it requested further time of one month to comply with the order dated 28.09.2018

made in this revision.

3. There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, one month time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 28.09.2018.
