ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to restore water pipe connection disconnected on 07.07.2015 for the petitioner's house at 2/215, Gnanamperiyan Street, Kothamangalam Maiyam & Post, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is residing in Door No.2/215, Gnanamperiyan Street, Kothamangalam Maiyam & Post, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. The petitioner is a retired school Teacher and an agriculturist. The
third respondent had provided drinking water supply to the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has been paying water tax, house tax without fail. While the matter stood thus, one Palaniyappan, who is under the employment of the third respondent came to the house of the petitioner on 07.07.2015 and disconnected the water supply stating that he is doing the same as per the direction of the third respondent. Hence,the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 07.07.2015 stating that due to personal animosity, the third respondent disconnected the water supply connection. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner gave another representation to the first respondent on 20.07.2015 with regard to restoration of water connection. Even thereafter, there was no response. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of this order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to third respondent and conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
