ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.2532 of 2004, on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.4 of 2024, which was filed under Order 16 Rule 10 of C.P.C.

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the suit has been filed for the relief of the partition and separate possession in the year 1981, before the Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli, and thereafter, it has been transferred to III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, and renumbered as O.S.No.2532 of 2004. Pending suit, the plaintiff has filed I.A.No.4 of 2024, under Order 16 Rule 10 of C.P.C., to issue proclamation calling upon one witness namely, Chidambaram to 3/5

attend the Court to give evidence. Though submissions have been made on either side in the above said above I.A., so far, orders have not been passed. Hence the present revision petition.

3.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2024, on or before 30.06.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
