O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) This suo motu Contempt Petition is filed by the Registrar Judicial of this Court, pursuant to the directions issued by the Hon'ble Division Bench Judgment, dated 17.03.2021. 2.Mr.J.P.S. Manian, Personal Assistant to the Collector (Noon Meal), Trichy District, who is the present officer, has filed a compliance report and tendered unconditional apology and also appeared in person through Video Conference by being present in the Office of the Special Government Pleader.
3.We perused the affidavit filed. We find that the respondents have understood the directions issued. Further, the appellant in the Writ Appeal, namely, S.Sailaja has been dismissed from service. In view of the above, the affidavit filed is placed on record and the Suo Motu Contempt Petition is closed. The personal appearance of the contemnors is dispensed with.
