O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in connection with Crime No.10 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent police before the concerned Court and based on the petitioner representation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No. 10 of 2025 has been registered, for the offences under Sections 115(2) and 118(1) BNS. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithurai. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Since the prayer is to file final report, now the respondent police has filed the final report, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.

4.In view of the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
