2.The writ petitioner can very well submit his reply to the respondent. The respondent is

directed to consider the writ petitioner's objections and pass orders thereafter. Status quo that is presently obtaining shall be maintained till a decision is taken by the respondent. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction and observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
