Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 5th respondent his men, agents or anyone representing on behalf of him from in anyway entering into the petitioner's village pond (Oorani) namely, Moongil Oorani situated at Survey No.199, Uttharavai Village, Kothakottai Group, Thirupullani Panchayat Union, Keelakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent within the period stipulated by this Court.
