O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) Heard Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Standing Counsel for Government, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon respondent Nos.1 to 4 to cancel the patta granted in favour of the respondent Nos.5 to 13 and other similarly placed persons from the land comprised in T.S.No.2/1, 2/9, situates in Vilpatti Village, Kodaikkanal Town, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2021 within a time frame.

3.The petitioner has sent his representation only during April, 2021 and the petitioner seeks to cancel the patta granted in the year 1999. Hence, we are not inclined to issue any direction as sought for. However, the petitioner is entitled to proceed with further representation before appropriate authorities in accordance with.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
