This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.18 of 2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
