O R D E R

The petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to initiate appropriate action based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.02.2024 in C.S.R.No.45 of 2024, dated 03.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram district in Crl.M.P.No.1594 of 2023 for appointing Advocate Commissioner to inspect and take physical possession of the property under SARFAESI proceedings and the learned Advocate Commissioner also took possession of the property on 10.08.2023. Thereafter, for seeking police protection, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 27.02.2024 and on 03.03.2024, they assigned C.S.R. No.45 of 2024 and thereafter, no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.

respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner, seeking police protection, was received and the same is under consideration and also seeks one week time.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the representation of the petitioner is also pending with the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a week from the date of this order without any delay.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
