PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the notice sent by the first respondent vide Nos.007461/thn/2014/250, 007461/thn/2014/248 & 007461/thn/2014/252, dated 06.06.2014 and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr.A.Hafiza For Respondents : Mr.Abdul Saleem for Mr.Sadeesh Kumar C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the notice sent by the first respondent vide Nos.007461/thn/2014/250, 007461/thn/2014/248 & 007461/thn/2014/252, dated 06.06.2014 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Though these writ petitions are filed for the larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the grievance of the petitioners will be met out, if the representations given by the petitioners on 22.07.2014 to the respondents are considered on merits.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioners' claim, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 22.07.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' case.

5. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
