ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/3534/2008 dated 17.09.2008.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he was issued with the charge memo dated 17.09.2008 by the second respondent, on the allegation of misappropriation of Government money and the same is pending till date without getting disposal. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the abovesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the fact that the proceedings is stated to be pending from the year 2008, this Court, without going into the

merits of the case, directs the second respondent to complete enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the proceedings pending against the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/3534/2008 dated 17.09.2008, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
