[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.S.Vellaichamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

W.P(MD)No.9072 of 2021 2.The petitioner is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) and they seek for a direction to dispose of the application filed by them under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the SARFAESI Act), which has been filed by the petitioner on 09.09.2020. 3.It is not clear as to what is the stage of the proceedings. However, considering the present circumstances, we cannot issue any positive direction on account of reduced functioning of Court and reduced number of staff members. However, we can request the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible, soon after the Courts commence functioning after the Pandemic settled stop. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
