O R D E R

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's pending appeal, dated 10.04.2023.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3. The petitioner, aggrieved by the mutation of patta, by the orders passed by the 2nd respondent, has preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent as early as on 10.04.2023. The grievance of the petitioner is that for the past two years, the appeal is pending without any progress and hence, she has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus in this writ petition.

4. Considering the fact that the appeal is pending for nearly two years, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 10.04.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of 2/4

eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
