Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/1819/2020 dated 04.07.2020 and the proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/2001/2021 dated 31.12.2021 and direct the fourth respondent to restore the patta issued on 24.12.2008 in favour of the petitioner by the fourth respondent in respect of land in Old R.Survey No.259/1 (Old T.S.No.26/1, New Town Survey No.1, Ward J, Block -10 ) in an extent of 35 Cents situated at Samsikapuram, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2020 within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2/4

2.The petitioner seeks restoration of patta in her favour. She gave complaint before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent is presently conducting enquiry. All that the petitioner wants is conclusion of the same. No exception can be taken to the said request. 3.The fourth respondent is directed to conclude the petitioned mentioned proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondents herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
