Criminal Original Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Court, Trichy to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners on same day on their surrender in connection with crime No.46/2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Gandhi, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.2869 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

CRL MP(MD). No.3675 of 2020 3.This Court has already granted two weeks time to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Now he requests further time to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

4.Considering the current situation, the time for surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court already granted is extended by two weeks from today. This petition is ordered accordingly.
