O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 26.11.2024 to initiate necessary actions against the 4th respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent is frequently sending Whats App messages as against the petitioner in a defamatory manner. To that effect, already the petitioner sent a complaint to the All Women Police Station, Aruppukottai and the same was closed after enquiry. Inspite of that, again the 4th respondent has circulated defamatory messages through Whats App and thereby, he sent a representation to the respondents no.1 to 3, and the same has also not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner Page No. 2 of 6

sent a representation to the 1st respondent and the same is pending with the 1st respondent. No any representation has been received by the other respondents and therefore, the 1st respondent has to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 4th respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, he sent a representation to the respondents no.1 to 3 on 26.11.2024 as against the 4th respondent, but the same has not been considered. According to the respondents no.1 to 3, the petitioner sent a representation only to the 1st respondent and no any representation has been received by the other respondents. Therefore, the 1st respondent has to take action in accordance with law. In view of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2024 and to take appropriate decision within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order. 6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
