ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.22928/2024 dt.27.01.2025.

2. Mr.S. Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.14(b) imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.22928/2024 dt.27.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear the trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
