ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's lands and its extent of 23 cents in old S.No.3/1D, Town Survey No.32 of Pudukottai District, Aranthangi Municipal Ward:A, Block No.11, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2020.
2.Heard Mr.A.Prasanna Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government 1/3
Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 3.The petitioner, in order to survey the land and to fix the boundaries in respect of the property in S.No.3/1D, Town Survey No.32 of Pudukottai District, Aranthangi Municipal Ward:A, Block No.11, had made a representation to the second respondent on 17.03.2020 and hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is decided by the second respondent and a decision is taken thereon, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that, the said representation of the petitioner, dated 17.03.2020, would be decided by the second respondent, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
5.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition, with the following direction:- The second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.03.2020, and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to the parties concerned if any and after following procedures contemplated under the relevant Act and the Rules, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
