Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.202 of 2015, within the stipulated time to be stated by this Court.

2.The counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the crime is of the year 2014 and the case is of the year 2015, so far no progress in the matter.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far out of nine witnesses, two witnesses have been examined before the trial Court.
4.Considering the grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner, also considering the old-ness of the crime and considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Kovilpatti, to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.202 of 2015 pending on his file and dispose of the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
