ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondent to direct the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the name of enquiry on the basis of the representation dated 23.04.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The respondent Police have registered an FIR in Crime No.124 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 406 and 442 of IPC against the husband of the petitioner and in this regard the petitioner was called for enquiry.
3.It is made clear that the petitioner cannot be called for enquiry without issuance of summons. The petitioner cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ harassed in the name of enquiry by the respondent Police.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
