This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking indulgence of this Court to direct the Sub-Court, Trichy to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.161 of 2013, within a stipulated time in accordance with law. This Court finds no extraordinary reasons to take up this petition out of turn. Further, it is seen from the records that the H.M.O.P.No.161 of 2013 was dismissed for default in the year 2015 itself. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
