ORDER

In the suit filed by the first respondent herein seeking for bare injunction, the revision petitioner is the first defendant. Though she has filed a written statement as early as on 10.10.2014 and since by way of bare injunction suit, the title of the petitioner regarding her right has been interfered, the trial is yet to be completed. It is further stated that the first respondent herein is not ready to get along the trial and therefore for more than two years, the suit has not been taken up for trial. Hence, this present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking indulgence of this Court to direct the II Additional Sub-Court, Trichy to dispose of the O.S.No.407 of 2014 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.From the 'B' diary, it appears that the suit is matured for trial, it is not known why the case was not posted in the list. Subject to pendency of the cases and the seniority of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cases pending on the file of the concerned Court, the trial Court is directed to take up the suit for trial, at the earliest as per the seniority and disposed of it on merits.

3.The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of.No costs.
