Prayer in CRL RC(MD).No.163 of 2023 :- This Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in Cr.M.P.No.228 of 2023 vide order dated 09.02.2023.
ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.L.Dhilipan Pandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
This Petition is filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.R.C.(MD) No. 163 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon him in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.163 of 2023, vide order dated 07.02.2023, since he is unable to mobilise the fund.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this court, vide order dated 07.02.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
