ORDER

According to the petitioner, the complaint given by the de-facto complainant is purely civil in nature and money transaction between the parties and the petitioner was unnecessarily harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, the same shall be concluded, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear for the enquiry on 26.06.2018.

4.In the light of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 26.06.2018 and the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
