When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent-police, submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed as the defacto complainant did not co-operate with the enquiry. Hence, no case and no FIR had been registered against the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police.
