This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.141 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.141 of 2018, the first respondent police has completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur.

3.Upon considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as of now, no such FIR was pending on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7650 of 2020 the file of the first respondent as alleged by the petitioner. 4.Hence, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file a fresh application for quashing the charge sheet. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
