ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294 (b),323,324 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. 63 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that due to previous enmity the petitioners herein abused and assaulted the defacto complainant and threatened with dire consequences.

3.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

No.5892 of 2023 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital and also the fact that the earlier application was dismissed only on 24.03.2023, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
