ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction for lodging a complaint against the fourth respondent herein for the offence committed by him. 1/4

2.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent while appearing in Crl.O.P (MD)No.341 of 2025 has produced a forged document and filed the same before this Court. Therefore, this Court has to direct the respondent police to take action against the fourth respondent herein.

3.Heard both sides.

4.According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.341 of 2025 and produced a document showing that the said document is a loan agreement with Sl.No.82 AB 001583, dated 09.03.2020 without mentioning the name of the purchaser of the document and it was claimed that the said document was executed by the petitioner and her husband in the year 2020. The said document was forged and fabricated one. Therefore, the petitioner seeks direction to lodge a complaint against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.341 of 2025, who is the fourth respondent herein, for the offence committed by the fourth respondent. 5.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition. 2/4

6.This Court perused the entire records. On a perusal of records, it is seen that there are no materials to show that the records have been altered during the custody of the Court and no prima facie material to entertain this petition. Therefore, without any prima facie material this Court cannot form any opinion about the forgery. Therefore, this petition has no any merits and deserves to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law for taking other criminal action.
