ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.3109 of 2026 dated 23.02.2026.

2.According to the petitioner he is unable to comply the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) of the order, dated 23.02.2026 to deposit huge amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. It is further stated that there is a typographical error in the said condition, wherein the Court has been mentioned as "Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District" instead of "Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District."

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having regard to the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(b) of the order dated 23.02.2026, to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy-Five Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.31 of 2026. The name of the Court in the said condition shall 2/5

stand corrected as "Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District" instead of "Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District." The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections before issuing a copy of this order to the parties concerned. 5.Since the amendment petition is pending, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 3109 of 2026 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
