Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.8717 of 2020 dated 19.03.2021, an appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD)No.907 of 2021.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner could approach this Court depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
